Located in the centre of the beautiful Georgian Town of Holt, this apartment provides a couple with luxury surroundings and a host of things to see and do on your doorstep and beyond.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Georgian town of Holt, this stunning apartment is ideally located for you to explore everything Holt has on offer, including independent boutique shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants. You can also take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway, visit the beautiful watermill at Letheringsett, or explore the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle. Local coastal resorts that are well worth a visit include the traditional seaside town of Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Sheringham. Other attractions only a short drive away that are a must see include the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling, Holkham Estate, Pensthorpe Natural Park and Blakeney National Nature Reserve where you can take a boat trip out to see the resident seal colony.

Located in a courtyard and above an Italian café and wine bar, guests access this stunning apartment via the door on the ground floor which when entering you will arrive in the cloakroom/utility room. Heading up the stairs to the left is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a comfortable sofa (which is also a sofa bed and can be used if you have guests visiting) and a large wall mounted Smart TV so you can relax and watch your favourite TV show or box set in comfort. The hand built bespoke kitchen is well equipped and guests have an electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine and hot water tap. There is also the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the utility area on the ground floor. There is an abundance of culinary choice quite literally on your doorstep, but should guests wish to dine in then there is a dining table and two chairs. The bedroom is back towards the stairs and here you have a king size bed and a spacious en-suite shower room and WC so perfect to revitalize your senses.

Paid for parking is available on a first come first serve basis and is located at the front of the property next to the courtyard.

Perfect location in the centre of town, no noise heard at all from the Italian below. Very well equipped for a holiday let. I would be happy to recommend this property to any couple looking for a break.

Lovely flat in a great location. Recommend buying a weekly parking ticket - it can be used in other car parks in the area too.

An a attractive modern and comfortable apartment in the centre of Holt . Very convenient for shops and restaurants. The only downside is parking as it doesnt have its own car park. Its adjacent to the car park but charging starts at 8.00 am.

We had a lovely stay at The Nest. It was in a great location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need there. The bed was spacious and very comfy. The welcome pack and the treats provided were a lovely idea.

We had a fantastic holiday and this was made extra special staying at the Nest. It was in an amazing place- very well equipped and a lovely base to get all around the area. It was clean, cosy and quiet! A proper love nest! The small touches made it extra special. Thank you .

All the facilities we needed in an excellent flat. Centrally located in a lovely little town and close to all the north Norfolk coastal attractions. Would recommend buying a weekly car parking ticket.

We loved 'The Nest'. Clean tidy and well located, but a little noisy first thing - bin lorries and public loo cleaners. Recommend getting the 7 day parking permit - usable in all North Norfolk car parks. The location was great as a base for exploring - we particularly loved Blakeney and a trip to Sandringham. Eating out choices limited (town seems Read moreto shut around 9pm!!) but would recommend the Thai nigh at 'The Snug'. We loved it overall, please pass our thanks to the owners Hide

Enjoyed our return visit to this clean, comfort , cosy apartment. Lovely to see the town with all the Christmas lights. This really is a good base for exploring North Norfolk. We benefitted from the low tides during the day, enabling us to walk several of the huge sandy beaches. Even saw seals in a channel at Brancaster beach.
