This bolthole for two is in the heart of the beautiful Georgian town of Holt and within a few miles of the stunning North Norfolk coastline.

This cosy apartment is ideally located for you to explore everything in Holt and is within easy reach of many other wonderful locations. Catch a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway, which runs from the town to the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (7.5 miles), and take in the beautiful coastal scenery. Other attractions that are a well worth a visit include the National Trust sites of Felbrigg (9 miles) and Blickling Hall (11 miles), Holkham Estate (14 miles), Pensthorpe Natural Park (12 miles), and Blakeney Point (5.5 miles), where you can take a boat trip out to see the country’s largest colony of grey seals.

Upon arrival at this apartment block, access your property through the communal entrance and take the stairs to the third floor. Once inside, you arrive in the hallway and will instantly feel that this is a very homely and welcoming apartment. The lounge area offers a wonderful place to relax; it features a sofa, armchair, and wall-mounted Smart TV so you can relax and catch up on your favourite shows. The dining table is in the lounge and can seat up to four guests, perfect to grab a light snack or a lovingly prepared evening meal. If you are eating in and decide to cook then the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The shower room houses the combi washer/dryer. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space for all your clothes and belongings. When it’s time to revitalise those senses, there is a shower room with WC which completes the layout of this apartment.

There is no outdoor space, but you are close to the town centre. The apartment benefits from a private allocated parking space for one car.

A comfortable, well equipped flat, within easy walking distance of all that Holt has to offer. Appreciated the dedicated parking space.

Lovely location. Easy parking. The flat was clean warm & cosy. A welcome pack was there. Offering milk tea coffee biscuits. Handy if you arrive tired & can't be bothered to go out again. Budgens within easy walking distance. Leave the car and explore Holt.

Excellent location near to town centre, and also near to coastal towns. Good views of skies and trees. Overall a comfortable property. Off road parking space is a useful asset.

Excellent location for Holt town centre. Very near to small supermarket. Parking very good. Slightly tired decor but clean and tidy. Wall mounted large tv and sky box is first class. Wouldnt hesitate to return.
