Blakeney is a picturesque village on the northern coast of Norfolk and offers a wonderful choice of places to eat and drink. The village is known for its 8th century windmill, a historic quay, a 13th century church and a variety of independent shops and art galleries. Blakeney National Nature Reserve features a variety of seabirds and wildlife, and you can take a boat trip from Blakeney Point out to see a colony of grey seals. A couple of miles away is the pretty village of Cley next the Sea, which is the home of the Cley Marshes Nature Reserve. Also nearby are the coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea (9 miles) and the popular seaside resort of Cromer (14 miles).

Set on Mariners Hill, this fantastic property commands stunning, uninterrupted views over the estuary, salt marshes and sea. On entering this beautifully restored Grade II listed cottage which retains some original features including exposed beams, you will find yourself in the light and comfortable lounge.
