Set in beautiful surroundings just a couple of miles from the glorious coastline, this lovely apartment makes a fabulous retreat for two guests looking to explore the wonderful Norfolk countryside.

The idyllic village of Binham nestles just 5 miles from the Norfolk coast, and is perfect for discovering the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are numerous rural and coastal walks to enjoy, or you could visit the ruins of the 11th century Binham Priory. The delightful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is just 6 miles away, while nature-lovers can visit the beautiful nature reserve at Blakeney, which is a haven for birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip to see a colony of grey seals. You can also take a trip on a steam train or visit the thriving Georgian market town of Holt. Nearby attractions include Thursford Steam Museum, Langham Glass and Fakenham Racecourse.

 Steps lead up to the light and attractive studio apartment which is set in the grounds of the owner’s house and overlooks a river, you will find yourself in the bright, spacious and welcoming open-plan living area. There’s a relaxing lounge with comfortable seating TV, CD and an electric fire. You will also find a charming dining area, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including a range master oven, microwave and fridge, you will also have access to a shared laundry room and a freezer.  There are two comfortable twin beds in the studio and a separate shower room complete with WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax and enjoy the riverside views from the furnished balcony or you can unwind in the owner’s beautiful garden, which is over an acre and features a large variety of specimen trees. A river runs through the garden, and there is plenty of garden furniture so you can enjoy an afternoon by the riverside. Parking is available.

Absolutely great place to stay, comfy, well equipped and in a great location. Lovely hosts really fun to talk to. Beautiful garden to walk round. Great roof terrace to sit on and enjoy breakfast in the sun. Didnt want to go home.
