This period barn is situated in a small complex of properties within a peaceful countryside location and is ideally placed for families to explore everything North Norfolk has to offer. Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster, boast magnificent sandy beaches and there are important bird reserves at Sculthorpe, Titchwell, Cley and Snettisham. Walking and sailing are a delight along this unique coastline, and the quiet lanes inland are perfect for cycling and walking. Boat trips to see the seals off Blakeney Point regularly depart from Blakeney Quay and Morston. Sandringham House Estate and Holkham Hall are two of the finest stately homes of Norfolk and are a short drive away. Children will love the Sea Life Centre at Hunstanton, a traditional seaside resort providing all kinds of family fun.

Arriving at this property, guests will first come to a hallway which leads onto the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This charming room with its beamed ceiling has the feel of a rustic country hideaway, with its lounge area at one side of the room and the kitchen at the other. Two comfortable sofas and a chair, along with a colourful rug create a cosy atmosphere in the lounge area where there is also a TV/DVD. The dining table seats six and is overlooked by the kitchen area with its good range of equipment including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a double room located on the ground floor just off from the kitchen area, as well the bathroom which offers a shower over bath and WC. Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor with galleried double bedroom and galleried twin room.

To the rear of the property, patio doors open from the lounge area out onto a private patio where there is a BBQ and garden furniture provided. A spacious shared games room is a fantastic addition to the property and has plenty to keep younger guests or competitive adults occupied, with snooker table, pool table, and table tennis, as well as a selection of toys and games for young children. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
