Set just a couple of miles from Cromer, and just 0.1 miles from the beautiful Norfolk coast, this lovely, welcoming cottage makes a fantastic family holiday home.

This delightful property enjoys an excellent location in the pretty village of Overstrand, with the stunning Norfolk coast just a short stroll away. Overstrand offers a choice of great shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, and you can explore wonderful cliff-top and coastal walks. The popular seaside resort of Cromer is 2½ miles away and is renowned for its traditional seaside entertainment, including a fine pier with an end-of-the-pier theatre, some wonderful sandy beaches, fish and chip shops, an RNLI lifeboat museum as well as a zoo, cinema, children’s playbarn and golf course. The town is famous for Cromer crabs and for the fishing fleet which brings its catch for sale in the town. The Norfolk Broads are 17 miles away.

Set along a no-through road, this lovely cottage is situated in a secluded and tranquil location. On entering this beautifully renovated property, you will find a light, spacious and attractive lounge with exposed beams, plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD, CD, wood burner and double doors which open out onto the garden. There’s also a fantastic dining room where you can enjoy a meal in style, and a beautiful kitchen with a large utility room, equipped with everything you may need including a range oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, walk-in pantry, island unit with bar stools and a larder fridge/freezer. There is also a ground-floor WC. Stairs lead you up from the kitchen to the first floor where the three cosy and spacious double bedrooms are located. Two of the bedrooms share a shower room, and the third bedroom has a bathroom with separate shower cubicle. This bedroom is accessed from a short flight of stairs from the upper landing.

Stepping outside you will find a small enclosed side-garden, and to the rear of the property is a pretty and secluded cottage garden with a patio, garden furniture and BBQ. This is sheltered on two sides by the cottage and is well fenced with shrubs to the other two sides, making it an ideal space to relax in and enjoy the evening. There is plenty of on-street parking available.
