A 400-year-old brick cottage offering period-style accommodation for four guests, located in the coastal village of Snettisham on Norfolk’s north-west coast, just 5-miles from Hunstanton.
The front door of this pretty cottage opens into a hallway off from which a door opens into the lounge. This characterful room has a wonderful period feel to it with its large feature fireplace and carefully chosen furnishings which complement the style of the cottage. The TV/DVD in the lounge can also be found in this room. Returning to the hallway, continuing towards the rear of the property guests will come to the spacious farmhouse-style kitchen/diner in the centre of which sits the dining table, and which is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and a washing machine. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where the bedrooms and bathroom can be found. The master bedroom is a double with an attractively tiled feature fireplace and plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a restful twin room. The bathroom is next to the twin room and offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
A door from the kitchen/diner leads out to the garden at the rear of the property which has a small lawn area in addition to a patio seating area which has a table and chairs provided so that guests may enjoy alfresco dining during the summer months. There is on-street parking available to the front of the property.
