Nestling in a tranquil village in the heart of the lovely Norfolk countryside, this pretty holiday cottage provides delightful accommodation for a couple looking to enjoy a romantic holiday for two.

Binham is a picturesque village 4 miles from the Norfolk coast, and is home to the ruins of the 11th century Binham Priory. The village is perfect for exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with plenty of stunning rural and coastal walks nearby. The seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is 6 miles away, or you could head to Blakeney, which is a haven for birdwatchers. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip to see a colony of seals. From the village of Little Walsingham (4 miles) you can catch the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway. The Georgian market town of Holt is also nearby, with other attractions including Thursford Steam Museum, Langham Glass and Fakenham Racecourse.

Located to the side of the owner’s house and set within a 1.3 acre garden, this lovely single-level property overlooks a river and offers fantastic accommodation for two guests. On entering, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. This light and welcoming space features plenty of comfortable seating, TV, CD and a wood burner. There’s a pleasant dining area, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, microwave and fridge. Please note the property does not have an oven. This tastefully furnished cottage also offers a double bed as well as a shower room. You will also have access to a laundry room and a freezer. Please note there are some small steps.

Stepping outside, you can relax and explore the owner’s beautiful garden, which is over an acre and features a patio area and a host of specimen trees. A river runs through the garden, and there is plenty of garden furniture so you can enjoy an afternoon by the riverside. Please note the property is unsuitable for toddlers due to the proximity of the river. Ample parking is available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
