Lovely cottage in a peaceful location, nice garden and conservatory, although could have done with blinds. Most basic amenities, although a tumble dryer would have been good as it rained a lot of the time. Picnic Fayre deli had lovely selection of food and alcohol, although a bit pricey. Blakeney within walking distance of mini market (Spar), whereRead more you could get most basic provisions. Artemis cafe and shop good and nice walk across the marshes. A lovely spacious property in a quiet setting. Perfect for anyone who likes a peaceful holiday. It is well set up with the equipment & furnishings all being good quality. We found it very comfortable & easy to keep clean. Cley makes a good base, with good walking. Close to Holt, Sheringham, Cromer & Wells.

Lovely bungalow with a typical English Cottage garden which can be enjoyed from the delightful conservatory. Great location from which you can easily join the walks along the Cley marshes and enjoy the big skies of the Norfolk coast in just a few minutes walk from the cottage. We had a great holiday!

We all enjoyed the cottage a lot. We have rented all manner of properties in area over the years and Church Lane Cottage is the fourth in Cley. Although the cottage hasn't had the full 'Norfolk' decor treatment it has a nice homely feel and the location is superb. We will more than likely stay again.

Cley next the Sea is an outstanding little village. Lovely place to go for walks espcially with the dogs. Close to a lot of our favourite places like sheringham, Cromer, blakeney and Wells. Church lane Cottage is in a very pretty village and with good links to the rest of the area. The cottage itself is in need of some updating and modernisation. The sofa was unusable for one of our party as it was so low and too well used. The family photos made us feel uncomfortable and have no place in a cottage let out to visitors. It was, on the Read moresurface, clean but did not stand up to close inspection. However because it wasn't pristine we were not too worried about having the dog with us. Hide
