Lovely location for us as birders and walkers out of the way set back and quiet without the crowds of people especially in January good local shops and cafes in holt and Blakeney and although not used it a good and reliable bus service along the coast.

The cottage has everything you need and is comfortable. Amazing cottage in which we instantly felt at home and were very sad indeed to leave. Church lane Cottage is in a very pretty village and with good links to the rest of the area. The cottage itself is in need of some updating and modernisation. The sofa was unusable for one of our party as it was so low and too well used. The family photos made us feel uncomfortable and have no place in a cottage let out to visitors. It was, on the Read moresurface, clean but did not stand up to close inspection. However because it wasn't pristine we were not too worried about having the dog with us. Hide
