Wonderfully presented barn located on the edge of a pretty seaside village, ideally placed to explore the Norfolk Broads and coast. With Norfolk Broads, pub and village shop all within walking distance.

This is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the picturesque east coast of Norfolk. Hickling is a quaint, Norfolk Broads village, and the sea is a short drive away, boasting sloping beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing on the beach. A little further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills, the kind of buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The waterways of the Norfolk Broads are within walking distance, and just a short drive, you are able to access the Norfolk Broads by a boat trip, including day boats, chartered tours, kayaks and canoes. For a traditional seaside day out, close by you have Great Yarmouth with its pleasure beach that has something for everyone. For culture and a beautiful vibe, the city of Norwich is also within easy reach.

As you enter this stylish barn conversion you arrive in the spacious lounge which has two sofas and a chair to relax on, fire up the wood burner and relax in front of the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is located off from the lounge and here you will find a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. From the kitchen, and before you reach the stairs, there is a ground floor utility room where you have the use of a washer/dryer and the convenience of a separate WC. There is also a snug/games room on the ground floor, which has a TV, an Xbox one and bean bags. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will come to the master king-size bedroom which has ample storage space and an en-suite shower room and WC. The next bedroom is a double room, again with storage space for your belongings, and the last of the bedrooms is the twin room. Finally, completing the first floor, is the family bathroom with shower over freestanding claw foot bath, and WC.

Heading outside is a large enclosed garden, offering you the perfect place to soak up some rays of sunshine and enjoy some al fresco dining with the charcoal BBQ. Loungers along with a table, chairs and a parasol are provided for your comfort. There is off-road parking for 2 cars.

Stunning village location, with absolutely wonderful locals. The Greyhound Pub at the Green provided good food and drinks as well as some of the nicest people! Dog friendly, a great pub to visit walkable. It is rural and torches were provided which were a great addition to the cottage and aided out trips out. Beautiful, comfortable and cosy cottage. Nice secure garden with high fencing / shrubs so our dogs were very safe. Welcoming pub (The Greyhound) in the village, lovely Sunday roast.

We had a wonderful stay at Cobble barn its in a perfect place and a lovely quiet and peaceful location. The garden is totally enclosed so was perfect for our dogs and toddler to be in. Inside has absolutely everything you need and so comfortable. It really is a home from home as others have said. Mr and Mrs Thompson. Whitley Bay. This was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, everything you could need was there for you. We had 5 people in our company and 2 dogs and at no point did it feel congested. The dogs (Cocker Spaniels) were in their element in the enclosed garden. Will definitely be booking up again.

Cobble Barn is a super holiday home with everything one could need for a holiday in equipment etc. Very well maintained to high standard. It was a great base for our holiday as we used to visit the area years ago with our children in our caravan.

Weve had the most superb stay in this beautiful home this week, on our first visit to Norfolk. The pre-booking communication and setting ourselves up with a hot tub was lovely, and weve throughly enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and generous layout. Couldnt fault Cobble Barn for cleanliness and comfort. The garden is a sun trap very secure and private. We sat outside most nights on very comfortable garden furniture listening to the birds and playing ball with our doggies . The furnishings inside are high end and the sofa is so comfortable you sink into it. Beautiful barn conversion with everything you need. Beds are really comfortable, great that theres tvs in every room, shower and bath really good and no problem with hot water on all the time. Absolutely spotless too, everything you could wish for. Lovely sized garden for the dog, couldnt really ask for anymore.

Stunning cottage with lots of character. More space than we thought. We enjoyed going to the local pub which was only 5 minutes walk away. We had two small dogs with us and the back garden is secure.

The owners were incredibly helpful in the information shared before our visit, in the handbook and in checking in with us. It was lovely to be treated as a valued guest in a luxurious home rather than an income steam in student bedsit standard. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, log burner-perfect hideaway from the sub-zero temperatures!

Had a fantastic week at Cobble Barn. Really well equipped with top quality items, we did not feel anything was missing. It is one of several barns, but it is very private and the enclosed garden was just perfect for little ones (with 2 and 4 legs). Great location - the pub is a short walk and had a very nice meal there, and the sea is just a short Read moredrive away as are a few really nice National Trust places. Lovely property, good parking, great location to explore, very secure garden for your dogs. Living room a bit dark, not much natural light, and dining table would be difficult to accommodate more than 4, bit tight to get in and out of.

We stayed 4 nights in March 2022. The cottage was excellently presented, well equipped and cosy warm. Rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and bedding. We were provided with a basket of logs - enough for two evenings by the fire.
