The neighbouring village of Briston is situated just 2 miles away and is a convenient place to pop over to for stocking up on supplies, as it boasts a bakery, butcher’s shop, and greengrocers, as well as small village shop. For more choice of places to eat and shop head to the beautiful Georgian market town of Holt, just 4 miles away. The nearest beach can be found in Cley, some eight miles away, whilst the vast sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham, and Cromer can all be reached within a fifteen-mile drive.

The remaining two bedrooms, a second double room and a homely twin room, are also situated on the first floor.
