The Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall, Amazona Zoo, RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve, as well as the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Keen golfers will be in their element with two courses nearby: Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club.
Steps lead up to the entrance to this property and you first arrive in the spacious entrance hall. The large kitchen area is accessed from the dining room and, to cater for large groups at dinner time, you have use of two electric ovens and hobs, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. There is a breakfast island in the middle of the kitchen which has three bar stools and another table and chairs for up to four guests. There is a TV in the kitchen, so why not catch up on the news whilst preparing your breakfast before you head out for a day of fun? The lounge is located opposite the kitchen and has two large sofas and two sofa chairs, along with a TV should you wish to catch up on your favourite shows. There is a conservatory which you access from the lounge and this has a sofa and two arm chairs and a table, so a perfect place to play some board games. Down the hallway is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) with plenty of storage space and a TV.
