Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk broads, is slightly further afield where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the stunning waterways.

Guests entering this beautifully presented oak-floored converted barn, arrive in the hallway and on your left is the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area, with its original beams, there is a comfortable sofa which is also a sofa bed and two armchairs, providing the ideal setting for the family to gather around and relax after a busy day out exploring and swimming in the indoor pool. The kitchen area is well-equipped, featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has enough seating for everyone, perfect to gather around and plan your activities over breakfast, lunch or dinner. Heading down the hallway, not only will you find storage cupboards, but two lovely bedrooms to choose from. There is a cosy twin bedroom or the spacious master king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a bathroom next to both bedrooms with a bath and WC.

Heading to the front of the property and to the left is the large, shared indoor swimming pool which benefits from all year-round heating, there is also a very charming shared outdoor children’s play area behind the swimming pool, perfect to keep the little ones busy whilst you relax on the seating and enjoy the unspoilt views of the countryside.
