This charismatic, cosy and comfortable period barn conversion is the ideal holiday home for a small family, set in a peaceful location with a private patio area, shared games room and situated just twelve miles from the stunning Norfolk coast.

This skilfully converted period barn is situated within a small complex of properties in a rural countryside location and is ideally placed for a small family to explore everything north Norfolk has to offer. Wells-next-the-Sea is within easy reach and Holkham and Brancaster boast magnificent sandy beaches. There are also premier bird reserves at Sculthorpe, Titchwell, Cley and Snettisham. Within a thirty minute drive you can catch a boat at Blakeney Point and see the resident seals. The popular Sandringham House Estate and stunning Holkham Hall are two of the finest stately homes of Norfolk and are a short drive away. Children will absolutely love the Sea Life Centre at Hunstanton, a traditional seaside resort providing all kinds of family fun. Should a bit of retail therapy be on your agenda, Fakenham, just a short drive away, offers good shopping, pubs, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and a cinema.

As you enter Field View, you arrive in the well-equipped kitchen/diner which provides guests with use of an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining table and chairs for up to four guests offers the perfect place to prepare and serve the family breakfast, lunch and dinner. Off from the kitchen is the cosy lounge area offering the ideal place to relax and unwind whilst watching the TV/DVD available. There is a sofa and two chairs to use whilst you watch your favourite family movie. There is access to a downstairs twin-bedroom along with storage and the family bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has a shower over bath and WC. The master double bedroom is located above the living area via a flight of stairs and has storage space for your belongings.

To the rear of the property, patio doors open from the lounge area out onto a private patio where there is a BBQ and garden furniture provided. A spacious shared games room is a fantastic addition to the property and has plenty to keep younger guests or competitive adults occupied, with snooker table, pool table, and table tennis, as well as a selection of toys and games for young children. There is parking available for two cars
