The delightful village of Worstead is located amongst glorious Norfolk countryside just six miles from both the scenic coastline to the north and Wroxham, capital of the famous Norfolk Broads to the south. The Norfolk Broads, famous for its miles of magical waterways and can be explored by day boat hire, is popular with wildlife lovers, walkers and anglers or simply those who enjoy a day on the water with rivers flowing through beautiful countryside and landscapes. The unspoiled villages and market towns give the adults a place to sample local food and beer while family days out are in abundance with both the North Norfolk coast within easy reach and various theme parks, wildlife centres and historic buildings.

Entering the cottage into the hallway, guests will notice immediately the delightful full height vaulted ceiling which continues throughout the property giving a fantastic sense of light and space. Moving through to the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the layout is ideal for enjoying quality time in the company of loved ones, while food is being prepared in the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge others can enjoy games at the dining table or relax on one of the two comfortable sofas while catching up with their favourite programmes on the TV/DVD. Also from the hallway are three bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, separate shower and WC.

For those who enjoy relaxing outside, the cottage has an enclosed garden, partially covered by a delightful veranda and garden furniture offers al fresco dining opportunities. There is also off-road parking for three cars.
