A light and airy contemporary-style cottage offering homely accommodation for four people, situated in the attractive village of Blakeney, a few hundred metres from the village pub.

Situated in the coastal village of Blakeney, where the tidal reaches of the River Glaven give wind their way through the surrounding salt marshes and out to sea, this property is an ideal choice for those who enjoy spending time outside. There are some beautiful walks to be enjoyed locally, as well as a choice of boat trips which depart from the village quay and head out to the nearby nature reserve to visit the resident seal colony. The village itself has a welcoming pub located just a few hundred metres from the property, as well as a convenience store, and a fantastic deli stocking a vast range of fresh local products.

Stepping through the front door of this cottage, guests come first to a small hallway which, in turn, leads on to the comfortable lounge. A choice of seating allows guests to spend a quiet evening in cosied up in front of the electric fire whilst watching a favourite programme on the TV. A glazed door leads through to the kitchen/diner where the dining table seats four and there is a good range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. Adjoining the kitchen, the light-filled sun room runs the full length of the cottage and is a great space in which to relax over drinks. A cloakroom with WC can also be found on the ground floor, whilst the bathroom with its shower-over-bath and WC can be found upstairs on the first floor. The bedrooms are also upstairs, the first of which is a double room, whilst the other is a twin, both offering plenty of storage space.

Outside, a modestly-sized patio garden to the rear of the property is furnished with a table and chairs and is a pleasant spot to enjoy al fresco drinks. There is ample parking available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
