A huge property offering a fantastic 5500 square feet of accommodation for 12 guests, boasting a games room with pool table and 3 acres of woodland and grassland grounds.

The quiet village of Thorpe Market is a great place to enjoy a relaxing break away in North-East Norfolk, within easy reach of several fantastic beaches. Perhaps the most well-known local beach can be found 5 miles away in the seaside resort of Cromer with its traditional pier, seafront entertainment, and an excellent choice of independent eateries, many serving the delicious local crab. For a quieter day at the sea, a string of secluded village beaches stretch south from Cromer, including those at Overstrand and Mundesley, which are equally pleasant places for beach games, paddling, and scenic walks.


This imposing Edwardian house is a wonderful place to enjoy a break away in a large group of either family or friends and is perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Two lounge rooms offer plenty of space to spread out and unwind, both with Sky TV/DVD, so no one needs miss their favourite TV programme whilst away. A separate dining room is a great spot for relaxing over leisurely dinners which can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A games room with a pool table offers another space for guests to spend a fun evening or a rainy day and is often popular with teenage guests. Upstairs there are six bedrooms, each sleeping two guests, whilst there are also four bathrooms ensuring that mornings are stress-free.


Outside, the fantastic grounds extend to 3 acres, encompassing areas of woodland and grassland, affording plenty of space to play, exercise, and enjoy al fresco dining. There is ample parking available.

Venture 5 miles to the well-known Cromer Beach, famed for its delicious local crab and its traditional pier. Here you'll find everything from seafront entertainment to an excellent array of independent eateries, as well as paddle boarding and surfing for the adventurers of the group. For a quieter beach day, discover the string of secluded village beaches that stretch south from Cromer, including those at Overstrand (3.5 miles) and Mundesley (5.5 miles); here enjoy beach games, paddling, and scenic walks along the sand. Nature and wildlife lovers should jump on a boat, either from Blakeney Harbour (16 miles) or Morston Quay (17.5 miles), to see the seals at Blakeney Point. If you time it well and visit in the winter months, you may even spot a seal pup or two. Thanks to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are plenty of picturesque walks and cycling routes nearby too; head 8.5 miles to pretty Blickling and explore the trail around the lake, or join the Norfolk Coast Path at Overstrand and lose yourself as you stroll in the sea air.
