This property enjoys the best of both worlds, surrounded by attractive countryside and yet only a 1 miles from the beach at Blakeney, known for its abundance of wildlife and scenic seascapes. The beach here is best for those who like a quiet stretch of sand without any distractions such as amusement arcades, although there are shops and places to eat in Blakeney itself. For a livelier day at the sea, head to Cromer which, at 15 miles away is still within easy reach, and offers two sandy beaches with a pier offering traditional entertainment, as well as an excellent range of independent eateries, many of which serve delicious local seafood.
A covered porch leads guests to the front door of this property which opens onto a small hallway, off from which a door leads through to the lounge. This spacious room offers guests a comfortable spot in which to relax and unwind, with a choice of seating arranged for the TV/DVD and the warming open fire. Returning to the hall, guests will find a second door opens onto the dining room which is furnished with a table seating eight, and a traditional dresser where guests will find a radio and CD player. The property’s kitchen is accessed through the dining room and offers a good range of equipment, including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave, can be found in the adjacent utility room. Leading off from a hallway towards the rear of the property, there is a shower room with a shower and WC, as well as a twin bedroom. The three remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs on the first floor, the first of which is a spacious double room which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC. The other two bedrooms on this floor are both twin rooms, one of which is accessed through the other. The main bathroom on this floor, meanwhile, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the rear of the property, guests will find an enclosed garden providing guests with a pleasant space to sit out and enjoy alfresco drinks or dining. There is garden furniture and a BBQ provided. To the front of the property, a driveway has space to park three or four cars.
