Adequate accommodation for four grown ups. Like many old cottages in Norfolk the stairs were difficult to traverse , particularly coming down. Extremely well equipped . Very handy for the town centre.

By far the loveliest, cleanest, best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything with the little things that make all the difference to making you feel comfortable and at home. Being a few minutes walk from the centre of historic Holt is an added bonus and the coast is a short drive with all the beautiful beaches Read moreand lovely towns and villages to explore and the many restaurants. The cottage was just right for the four of us - especially the large downstairs space. My son loved the little nooks for reading in the living room. I think it was the best equipped cottage we have stayed in and we love the location in Holt. The parking is a little tight but we became expert at it by the end of the week.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Good dog walk to the rear of the property and a very quick stroll into Holt. Very clean and comfortable with all of the equipment needed. 81 year old mum did struggle on the steep stairs but we managed!

This is the best cottage we have stayed in. Lots of modern touches such as hive heating. USB points in plugs etc. Internet that works. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and cosy. Close to the centre of the town.

This is a spacious, comfortable and stylish cottage which is very well equipped and right in the centre of things. We always take stuff for the kitchen with us for self catering but we really didnt need it here. The facilities were very well thought out and generous. Parking is, inevitably, quite tight at the property as its access is via a narrow,Read more short passage, long or wide vehicles would struggle but small to medium size cars could manage it. Hide
