Located near the heart of Burnham Market, this annexe is the perfect bolthole for couples looking to explore the many quaint seaside villages and towns on the North Norfolk coast.

Often referred to as Chelsea-on-Sea, Burnham Market is bursting with class and elegance fused with a vibrant and bustling atmosphere, making it a truly wonderful place to be at any time. Take a stroll into the centre of the village, with a large green with a church at either end surrounded by Queen Anne and Georgian buildings making this a truly picturesque setting to spend a day walking around and soaking up the atmosphere. Food fans can enjoy the choice of eateries and with over 30 independent boutique-style shops, retail lovers are well catered for. Just 2 miles from the North Norfolk coast, this really is the perfect place to spend your holidays.

This stylish annexe is designed with total comfort in mind. Open the gate to access the steps up to the front door which leads you straight into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The bespoke kitchen is fitted with everything you need to lovingly prepare a hearty meal, with an electric combination microwave oven and induction hob, American style fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Once dinner is ready, you can serve it at the dining table which can seat up to four guests, perfect if you have friends over for dinner. The lounge area is perfect to relax and unwind in after a busy day out; here you have a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV and DVD player to watch a movie or catch up on your favourite show. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a chest of drawers and there is a dressed day bed in the bedroom which is ideal if you have a small child with you. At the start of the day when it’s time to revitalise your senses, there is a shower room with WC located just off the kitchen area.

There is no outside space except a very small patio area with steps leading up to the front door of the annexe. There is private off-road parking for one car in front of the property. This property has air source heating and is powered by solar panels, ensuring the property is almost totally carbon neutral.

A very well appointed property which was extremely clean and welcoming. The bed is probably the most comfortable Ive slept on in holiday accommodation. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack. However, due to the fan heating system in the annex I feel that the property is more suited to the warmer months.

We absolutely loved our stay . Its perfectly located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Burnham Market and has everything you need for a self catered break. We had planned on eating out but the kitchen had everything we needed, plus the delis in Burnham are fab! A thoroughly enjoyable break in a wonderful lodge.
