Situated in the peaceful village of Briningham, this stunning barn is just five miles from the thriving Georgian town of Holt, a popular destination with a great choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes as well as a variety of independent shops, antique shops and art galleries. The Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland to discover making it ideal for keen walkers. You can also take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway which runs from Holt through to Sheringham via Weybourne. There are plenty of popular seaside destinations to explore including Wells-next-the-Sea, Cley, Blakeney, with its seal colony and Cromer, all within 14 miles.

Enter this stylish, contemporary, and beautifully presented property and arrive in the spacious kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you need from a high-end holiday home. Let the chef of the group cook up a storm on the gorgeous lilac Aga (conventional electric oven integrated within the Aga) with hot plates and the kitchen also features a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a snug area attached to the kitchen which is an ideal social area along with the seating around the kitchen island. The separate utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional storage space if required. Once dinner is ready to be served to your loved ones, head to the dining area which has a lovely dining table with a bench on each side and a chair at each end providing enough seating for all guests to gather for any dining occasion. The cosy lounge is a wonderful place to relax and unwind with two comfortable sofas, a TV, a DVD with a choice of DVDs, a Bluetooth speaker and radio, and a fantastic large wood burner. There are three ground floors bedrooms all with plenty of storage space to store your clothes and personal belongings. The first large bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room with WC, and doors that lead out to the garden. The second bedroom has three single beds with doors out to the garden, and the third ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and doors leading directly out into the lovely, enclosed garden. Completing the ground floor layout is the luxurious family bathroom which has a large bath, separate walk-in shower, and WC. Upstairs you have a second lounge which has bean bags, ideal for children, and a desk. There is a fantastic balcony area that looks out over the countryside; with the bistro set this provides a superb spot to grab a coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening whilst taking in the views. Off from the lounge is a spacious fourth bedroom which has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Beautiful barn conversion, spacious open plan living and well equipped. Warm and plenty of hot water and an Aga and log fire to die for! Good location for beaches and shops and friendly helpful neighbours who gave us running routes and offered to put the bins out for us.

Beautiful conversion, well equipped and comfortable: ample bedrooms, giant kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove (but check who provides the wood). Pretty good location for Holt and coast and easy enough to find - postcode alone covers too large an area alone though. Mezzanine bedroom has all- glass internal wall, fine for exhibitioRead morenists perhaps but probably needs curtain or blinds. Parking fine for 2 cars but very tight if you have three or if 4WD models. Hide
