We had a really lovely time, the cottage was welcoming, cosy and incredibly clean. It was the best stocked kitchen Ive ever been to. It actually felt like a home. The owner had left a generous welcome basket and had taken into account our dietary needs which was very kind of them. They also sent through a welcome pack a few days before which helpedRead more with planning our trip. We and our dog loved all the walks we went on. Easy access to so many places. A wonderful stay. We had a lovely week in this comfortable, spotless cottage where we received a lovely welcome with some local goodies. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two seating areas and the beds are comfortable. There is lots to see without travelling too far and the garden is beautiful.

Lovely cottage and location. Well equipped and comfortable. We had very good weather and enjoyed breakfast and tea in the pretty garden. We did some good bike rides directly the cottage on very quiet lanes and visited great beaches, towns and pubs in the area. The East Rustin Vicarage Garden was the find of the week. What an amazing place.

We spent a long time researching the ideal cottage in a quiet, rural and convenient location and it met all our expectations. Beautifully clean, thoughtfully well-equipped and charming. Holt is delightful for shopping plus two farm shops full of choice and quality foods.

Merrileas was the perfect escape from London we were hoping for. The village of Gresham is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage's garden is so beautiful, we had hoped to spend more time in it but the weather didn't cooperate. The double bed was comfy and the shower was powerful and hot. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we enjoyed the fooRead mored gifts from the host very much. Even with most of the games, DVDs, decoration etc removed due to Covid-19 rules, Merrileas felt very cozy. Hide
