The traditional seaside town of Sheringham has a lovely beach, pubs, cafes, tea rooms and a steam railway which takes you through to the stunning Georgian town of Holt. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are also a short drive away. The popular seaside town of Cromer is nearby and there are many attractive villages to explore, including Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, Cley and Mundesley. Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are also within driving distance.
Guests entering the property will arrive in a cosy, open-plan lounge/diner which has a wood burner, a sofa and two armchairs, and a dining table with chairs for dining for up to four guests. Located off from the lounge area is the kitchen which features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You also benefit from a snug area located off from the dining area which features a TV/DVD and another sofa which provides the perfect space to unwind and relax in. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double and the second is a cosy twin. The shower room features a shower and WC.
Heading out to the rear of the property is the large, enclosed and beautiful back garden offering the ideal place to unwind after a busy day out exploring. There is a wooden bench along with table and chairs should you wish to experience al fresco dining outside. There is off-road parking for one car.
