A quaint cottage offering reverse-level accommodation for four guests, set within a pretty garden in the quiet village of Weybourne on Norfolk's north coast, just 0.1 miles from the beach.

Situated on a private lane in the quiet seaside village of Weybourne within an Area of Outstanding Beauty, this property enjoys a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the area’s busier resorts and yet is still within easy reach of some of the very best beaches, resort towns, and nature reserves that North Norfolk has to offer. The village beach which can be reached within a short 0.1 mile stroll is a quiet secluded spot, perfect for enjoying seaside walks and spotting the local marine wildlife. The seaside town of Sheringham is located approximately 3.5 miles from the property and offers a wealth of things to do, with The Mo Museum, Steam Railway with steam trains running frequently to Holt and Weybourne, Splash Swimming Pool and Golf Course. The thriving high street offers a wealth of independent stores, coffee shops and places to eat. The elegant Georgian town of Holt is located 4.5 miles away and has a real community feel to it, here there is an excellent range of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, ideal for popping out for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Then just 7.5 miles around the coast, the bustling town of Cromer is not to be missed, offering a splendid sandy beach, a traditional end-of-pier show, and a plethora of excellent independent eateries.

Stepping inside this property, guests will find a hallway on the ground floor, off from which there are two cosy double bedrooms, as well as a bathroom offering a shower-over-bath and WC. Upstairs the open-plan living area has a comfortable lounge area at one end, from where Bi-fold doors open onto the spacious balcony with its patio furniture. Stepping back inside, guests can make themselves at home on the choice of comfortable seating and TV/DVD. The kitchen/dining area has recently been extensively renovated including a modernised kitchen with Karndean flooring and comes equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Outside, the delightful garden, equipped with garden furniture is a lovely space in which to enjoy some relaxed leisure time, with its lawn, attractively planted borders, and even a little mill stream running through it. Please do ensure that children are supervised outside due to the stream. There are two designated parking bays just across the road from the cottage.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Mill Barn is a comfortable cottage in a wonderful location. The new kitchen has everything you need. The balcony is a great place to eat meals and enjoy listening to the babbling brook.

A beautiful upside down cottage with a lovely balcony over a little stream running underneath. Very peaceful with great dog walks nearby.

Lovely clean cottage. Nice new kitchen/appliances. Comfy beds. Delivered us clean sheets/towels mid fortnight. There was no toilet brush so we bought one and replaced batteries in the remote. Overall a lovely place! If the owners could convert the beach from stones to sand, it would be perfect!

Weybourne is a lovely location but the beach is not ideal for bathing. Cromer is about 20 mins and Wells is about 30 in opposite direction. Sheringham has some lovely shops and plenty of places to eat. Fully recommend The Ship Inn in Weybourne but you have to book. Some lovely walks in area Sheringham Country Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling

This was a lovely cottage with the mill stream running through the garden . The layout is quirky but lovely with bi fold doors opening to a decking. The kitchen is to die for having just been redone.The beach is up the road about 5 minute walk.There is a pub down the road called The Ship and would advise booking a meal in advance as gets busy.
