Upon entering this contemporary property, to the right you will find the spacious and light lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The lounge features a comfy sofa and chairs with a coal effect gas fire and TV/DVD. Heading through from the lounge you will find a well-equipped kitchen consisting of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with a separate WC and access to the outside of the property. Towards the front of the house, to the left of the stairs you will find a spacious and cosy dining area, perfect for evening meals. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will be greeted by two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with plenty of storage space. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.

Heading outside of the property to the rear you will find a large patio area with seating and chairs and a fully enclosed and lawned garden, ideal to unwind and relax in. There is ample off-road parking available.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Cosy cottage easy to walk into Holt.

Lovely cottage in a perfect location. It was clean, beautifully decorated and everything had been thought of by the owner. I would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay there again.
