Upon entering this contemporary property, to the right you will find the spacious and light lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The lounge features a sofa and chairs with a coal effect gas fire and TV/DVD. Heading through from the lounge you will find a well-equipped kitchen consisting of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with a separate WC and access to the outside of the property. Towards the front of the house, to the left of the stairs you will find a spacious and cosy dining area, perfect for evening meals. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will be greeted by two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with plenty of storage space. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.

Heading outside of the property to the rear you will find a large patio area with seating and chairs and a fully enclosed and lawned garden, ideal to unwind and relax in. There is ample off-road parking available.

Very comfortable & clean accommodation just a very short walk (2 mins) into the centre of Holt. Only the 2 of us but consider there to be plenty of room for 4 people. Secure garden was excellent for the dog too. Great location for exploring the North Norfolk area.

Holt is a lovely small town with excellent bus services - during our week at the cottage we used the services to go to various towns on the Norfolk Coast. The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the main street (and bus stop) and is situated in a quiet area of the town.

The cottage was very clean and modern. We took our dog with us and you would not have known that other dogs had been in the premises. The garden was enclosed, which was also a bonus. The location meant it only took a few minutes to walk into the centre of Holt and a few minutes drive away was the Holt County Park, which is great for walking.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean on arrival and very well equipped for a holiday home. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. You may want to take a water filter with you for hot drinks as the water leaves a film on your tea and cup. Great location for visiting the surrounding area although we could happily have mooched around Holt fRead moreor a few days. Cottage was within easy walking distance to the town centre. Lovely enclosed garden which was perfect for our black Labrador, Molly. Hide

Lovely cottage in a perfect location. It was clean, beautifully decorated and everything had been thought of by the owner. I would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay there again.
