The visitors book is full of plaudits for the state of the property and the consideration and helpfulness of the owners. My first thought was, how did I not find this property during my previous visits to Norfolk?? So good it played a large part of our thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Brilliant!

Excellent. Lovely owners who are next door - available but very unobtrusive. The property is very spacious and we have NEVER had such beautiful acccomodation that allows dogs. A brilliant and large selection of books that I wish I had had the time to look at. Superb dog-walks 5 mins away that are all listed in the handbook. Handbook is very informaRead moretive. Disappointed that the pub across the road doesn't accept dogs inside, but we did have a take-awy from there one night. Hide

Really nice cottage in good location - although next to a pub car park this did not in any way affect the privacy of the cottage.

The cottage had everything that we could have needed. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very cosy. It was also well situated for visiting some lovely parts of Norfolk and the pub across the road serves up great food.

The kichten is a pleasure to cook in with the advantage of a range cooker and hob. The cosy lounge again has plenty of space and the bonus of the Woodburner.
