Paman Cottage is near all the delights of the North Norfolk coast with beautiful beaches such as Brancaster (5 miles), Heacham (6 miles) Old Hunstanton (7 miles) all within easy reach. Wildlife enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with RSPB Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham both within 9 miles. Visit The Maltings at Wells-next-the-Sea to enjoy cinema, live music and drama performances throughout the year and for fine dining enthusiasts, you will find an array of restaurants at the nearby Georgian village of Burnham Market (6.3 miles) which also boasts many pubs and independent boutique shops. For lovers of the Royal family, a visit to the King’s private residence at the Sandringham Estate (8 miles) is highly recommended and attractions ideal for families include the Dinosaur Adventure Park (27 miles) and Snettisham Park Farm (6 miles).

This truly charming cottage, once the village tea toom is bursting with character and provides a small family or couple a wonderful, cosy base to enjoy whilst on your holidays. You enter through the back door in the courtyard which leads into the kitchen which has everything keen cooks amongst you will need to lovingly prepare a meal for any occasion. The kitchen leads into the lounge and dining area where here you have two comfortable sofas that surround a wood burner ideal for cosying up with loved ones on a chilly evening. When it’s time to eat there is a picnic-style bench for all guests to sit at with a TV for entertainment. A quirky feature of this property is that you have a basement area accessed via a steep wooden staircase that has been converted into a gorgeous lounge area with a large sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV which provides a wonderful place to gather and watch a movie together. Up the steep cottage style stairs to the 1st floor and you have a master bedroom which has a king-size bed with plenty of storage space for your clothes and personal belongings, a room with a bunk bed and both bedrooms share a family shower room.

Relax and unwind in the enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and enjoy a drink or two whilst dining al-fresco. There is also an outbuilding that houses a washing machine a fridge/freezer and WC.
