Wonderful cottage and well equipped. Garden is small (looked bigger on the photos) and is not securely enclosed fully which maybe a problem for smaller dogs. We went on a previous review which said is was secure.

Quirky and well-equipped cottage which we enjoyed during a break in late April. Evenings were chilly but the central heating and wood stove worked very well and we were warm. Wiveton is well-placed for the delights of north Norfolk and Holt was a pleasant surprise with boutique shops. Access is not easy : the parking space is only accessible by a sRead moremall car (Aygo/Swift size) due to the almost 90 degree turn at the top of the lane. One also has to cross 2 gardens to reach Parva Cottage Hide

Parva Cottage is very pretty and comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into the furnishings and china. Regarding hygiene, the duvet cover on the main bed upstairs, although it had been washed , the centre was covered in small dog hairs. Despite all this the cottage has a lovely feel about it but needs more TLC.

Just returned from this lovely property. It is a perfect location to get away for a few days. We aimed for the beach at Wells, but found the pebble beaches around Cley to be perfect for long walks with the dog. The cottage garden is great for children and dogs as its fully enclosed. The lounge and upstairs bedroom are really characterful, and the mRead moreaster bedroom is very spacious. We loved this cosy cottage and the friendly neighbours, whose cottage gardens you need to walk through, added to the experience. The central heating works very well and there is a log burning fire to add to the atmosphere. The location couldnt be better for coastal walks, a friendly, walking distance pub with above average food, easy access to HoltRead more and Budgens supermarket and so much more. Get a coffee at the Stiffkey Post Office is one little gem of a place to go, for example. Hide
