A fantastic barn conversion property, offering a stylish and spacious location for enjoying a holiday in North Norfolk, situated on a quiet country lane in the Norfolk village of Hempstead.

Situated just 2 miles from the popular market town of Holt, this property is in an ideal location for exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer, including pretty villages and beautiful beaches. Holt is an elegant Georgian town offering an array of independent shops, and upmarket cafes, as well as traditional shops such as a butcher and a greengrocer: perfect for stocking up the kitchen. Continue north, some 8 miles to the coastal reserve at Blakeney, or perhaps head to the seaside town of Cromer, 10 miles east of the property.

Approaching the property along a quiet country road, guests will find that the front door opens directly into the welcoming kitchen with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the separate utility room, off from which there is a cloakroom with WC. Returning to the kitchen, an archway leads through to the open-plan living area comprising a lounge/diner. The dining area is to one side the room, whilst the main space is occupied by comfortable sofas gathered around the wood burner in the inglenook fireplace. A TV/DVD provide relaxed entertainment in the evenings. One bedroom, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower, is located on the ground floor and has doors opening to the outside. Stairs from the dining area lead up to a galleried first-floor landing off from which there are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, both of which benefit from en-suite bathrooms each with a bath with a handheld shower and WC.

Outside, there is a lawned garden overlooked by an attractive patio seating area with garden furniture, which is ideal for al fresco dining. There is ample off-road parking to the front aspect of the property.

Very spacious and clean, large kitchen.Plenty of hanging space. Pleasant garden to sit in. Plenty of hot water and heat if needed. Also downstairs toilet as well as two other toilets upstairs and downstairs en suite. In the past we have stayed here as a party of five and not bumping into each other through lack of space.
