A stylish and contemporary lodge offering single-storey accommodation with an open-plan living space and enclosed patio garden, located centrally in the market town of Holt.

Situated in the attractive Georgian town of Holt, within a few hundred metres of all that the town has to offer this property enjoys one of Norfolk’s most enviable locations. An excellent array of shops is right on the door step, as well as a choice of places to eat including pubs, cafes, and restaurants. Beyond the town, Norfolk’s stunning coastline is within easy driving distance with the famous beach at Holkham located 15 miles to the west and the bustling resort of Cromer 10 miles to the east.

 

A long driveway leads up to the front door of this single-storey property, upon entering which guests will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its floor-to-ceiling folding doors along one side of the room flooding the room with light. In the lounge area a contemporary-style wood burner sits next to a comfortable sofa and armchair, from which guests can sit back and relax in front of the TV/DVD. Across the room, past the dining table, the kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine: perfect for those who enjoy cooking and prefer to eat in. The first of the property’s two bedrooms is a double room benefitting from an en-suite wet room with a shower and WC. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a twin room with an en-suite bathroom offering a shower-over-bath which is a smaller than usual size.

 

An enclosed patio garden offers guests a peaceful place to sit out and enjoy al fresco drinks, whilst to the front of the property there is off-road parking for two cars as well as a garage.

 

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
