A contemporary-style single-storey cottage offering stylish accommodation for two guests, situated in the attractive grounds of Stody Hall and offering a private patio garden.

Walk straight from the front door of this property and into the peaceful surroundings of the Stody Hall estate. 4 miles to the north of the property, the gorgeous Georgian town of Holt is a wonderful place to take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque streets, browsing the shops, and stopping for lunch at one of the numerous restaurants or pubs. A little further north, 7 miles from the property, the village of Cley-next-the-Sea offers a shingle beach, to the west of which the nature reserve at Blakeney is home to a colony of grey seals who can be seen basking on the rocks.

Stepping inside this stylish property, guests can make themselves at home in the attractive surroundings of the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The room is a light-filled space with a beamed ceiling under which sit two armchairs and a dining table for two. A TV/DVD allows guests to enjoy a film in the evenings, whilst the kitchen area offers a great range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. The bedroom, situated just off from the living space, offers a super-king bed which can be made up as twin beds on request, and is a light and airy space thanks to the dual-aspect windows. Next to the bedroom, the bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.

The front door of the cottage opens onto a private patio, surrounded by a 6ft fence creating a private space to enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs. There is access to the patio from the neighbouring property, but this is secured and private whenever the two are booked separately. There is off-road parking provided.
