Comfortable but fairly basic cottage, ideal for small family as very near station, town and beach and has the benefit of onsite parking.

Great location for the North Norfolk coast. Clean and comfortable mews house. Would benefit from small extras to add to the stay such as kitchen supplies, info on local area and a new main bedroom mattress but overall an enjoyable stay.

I think we agree with other past guests on a few points; some of the furniture has seen better days. The shower has minimal water pressure. The back garden (almost all gravel) is enclosed, but not 'private'; the neighbours (second-home owners) are always ready for a chat over the 4ft fence. The parking area in front of the house is appreciated, butRead more a space is not guaranteed. We enjoyed our holiday here and would book again. It was clean and the beds are comfortable. Hide

Basic and small property. Location is really convenient for Sheringham, but house wasnt as nice as shown in the photos. Kitchen is very small/compact. Sofas and beds are not very comfortable and shower was a disappointment.

A perfect cottage, not too far from the shops although with mobility problems probably not the right spot. Ideal for a family, very homely, comfortable and clean.
