A quaint period cottage located in the picturesque town of Holt: a relaxed retreat for three guests offering a private courtyard garden in the heart of the town.

Situated in the town of Holt, amongst the town’s gorgeous Georgian squares this cottage enjoys an excellent location in one of Norfolk’s best-loved towns. An interesting array of independent shops and a choice of eateries make this the perfect choice for visitors who enjoy eating out without having to travel far from their holiday accommodation. The coast is only 4 miles away, with this particular stretch of coastline offering a mix of sandy beaches, harbour towns, and picturesque nature reserves.

The front door of this traditional cottage opens directly into the cosy lounge, where guests are able to easily make themselves at home on the inviting sofa and chairs in front of the wood burner. There is a TV here and the cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi. The kitchen can be found towards the rear of the property and features a range-style oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the bedrooms on the first floor, the first of these is a double room whilst the other is a restful single. The bathroom can also be found on this floor and offers a bath and WC. Please note there is no shower.

To the rear of the cottage there is a modestly sized patio garden, whilst there is an allocated parking space situated within walking distance of the property just a few hundred metres away.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
