Very welcoming. Clean and warm. Very comfortable. All well organised. Excellent location within the village. Peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would stay at St Benedicts Cottage again.

Very disappointed with the cottage. It was old fashioned, particularly the heating system. Almost the first thing we saw was a cleaning pack, but the cottage was not very clean! Single beds were extremely uncomfortable, the mattresses were shot and every spring and strut could be felt. Pillows needed replacing too. On the positve side, it was reasoRead morenably well equipped and very convenient for the excellent farm shop opposite. it just needs a bit of money spent on it and the cleaners supervise Hide

Very well located for visiting the coast between Cromer and Hunstanton. Very quiet and just across the road from a wonderful farm shop.

We stayed at the cottage in August 2022, our second time there. The location and facilities are excellent, with the lovely Walsingham farm shop opposite. We noticed some improvements such as a new dishwasher and better pots and pans. The electric shower was one of the best I have used. A nice welcome pack was there for us on arrival. One watch-out:Read more From 9-12 in the morning the parking bays are reserved for loading. We got a parking fine (35) on the Thursday for leaving the car there. Hide

Great property as it is unusually roomy for a small cottage. Brilliant location and facilities within the house - across from the farm shop. Very happy. Would recommend to others and return to it when we get a chance

A lovely cottage very clean and comfortable. Very steep stairs so check that all members of the party are mobile. Parking is a short distance from the cottage but there is a farm shop opposite and places to eat in the village.

Beautiful location, the farm shop opposite is like staying at your favourite restaurant. My husband only gave himself concussion once a day because the owners have put up strategic signs about the low beams but you have to be upwards of six feet high for them to come into play. A warm, charming cottage in an ideal location.

The cottage was nice a clean and it was obvious that although no one had stayed for some time (because of lockdown) everything was cleaned inc glasses etc which were not dusty. Interesting village worth exploring and the beach at Wells is easily accessible by car. Good range of equipment and home comforts. Downsides - not toddler friendly (althoughRead more there are stair gates for the steep stairs) in my opinion mainly due to electric heaters. Hide
