This charming flint and weather board upside down property with one bedroom located in the village of Paston on the North Norfolk Coast, and is the ideal base from where to explore the surrounding area.

The property is approached via winding country lanes and lies in the peaceful village Paston close to the coast and the beautiful beaches at Mundesley. Quiet lanes ensure safe walking to explore the unspoilt area around the property. Nearby are the seaside towns of Cromer with the unique end of the Pier show and Sheringham with the North Norfolk Railway. Further along the coast is Blakeney from where you can take a boat out to see the seals. The pretty town of Holt is great for shopping and places to eat. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive away with cruises from Wroxham, National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling. No trip to Norfolk would be complete without a day trip to Norwich, with many museums, Castle, Cathedrals and plenty of shops and restaurants and bars.

Enter into the hall area with cottage style stairs leading to the twin bedroom with interesting curved wall and country views, a shower room including towels and a separate WC. From the hall head upstairs to the delightful open-plan living area with lounge/kitchen/diner which is ideal for enjoying a relaxing get a way. The lounge area has a TV/DVD and enjoys views out to the beautiful countryside. If you don’t want to go out for dinner you can prepare a meal in the kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. In the dining area you will find a cosy table for two.

Venturing outside you will find a private patio area with seating in the owner’s grounds. There is parking in front of the cottage for one car and further ample parking at the owner’s house

This very pretty lodge is a great base to explore the Norfolk coast. The place was immaculate and every thing to make our stay comfortable was thought of.. The owners were really friendly and helpful we would highly recommend this place for a lovely getaway.

A beautiful lodge is the word I use for Sundial Lodge. Very comfortable and well equipped, a real home from home. Perfect location for exploring the Norfolk area and Coast. A suitable cottage foe 2 people with all necessary facilities. Very comfortable and in a very quiet location, but suitable for visiting the local area. A short drive from some excellent beaches and local facilities.

This lovely property was ideal for two people looking for a quiet location yet close to coast and country. Extra thought had gone into providing those little extras that make such a difference. Having the owners close by was reassuring in case of problems. Have no hesitation recommending this property.

Sundial Lodge was,comfortable,well equipped and a home from home.Situated in the perfect spot for visiting places in Norfolk. It was clean and decorated to a high standard.Woukd definitely stay again and thankyou for a lovely stay.

Lovely, clean and modern interior cottage . Quiet location within a 25 minute walk of local amenities and pub restaurants. Ideal base from which to explore the north Norfolk coast and interior.

Top class accommodation every thing is top draw.We were walking the Paston Way and it was an ideal base.The owners give you a warm welcome and leave a greeting pack, most welcome. We will certainly be returning.

We received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival,the lodge was very clean and comfortable and it met all of our needs. We liked the upside down arrangement enabling us to enjoy the view. We felt assured that it was Covid safe. Many thanks to our host Alison and Jess .

Ideal for a couple in a very quiet location. The cottage is well equipped and serviced by the owners who live next door. Very accommodating and helpful people. No shops in village but plenty nearby and also very good places to eat. Beautiful countryside and coastal scenery.

Lovely, cosy cottage, nicely furnished and decorated with interesting special touches. Great location for all north Norfolk beaches and towns. Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening with a sundowner! A great place to stay for a peaceful holiday.

Picturesque location in small quiet village only a short walk on good footpaths or even shorter drive to the lovely unspoilt seaside village of Mundesley which has a good selection of eateries and a few local shops .

The cottage was immaculate on arrival, Alison greeted us with warmth she showed around the and explained everything to us. Later in our stay we met Jessel and Alison who made sure we were alright and there were no issues with anything.

Peaceful location yet close to local town. Very convenient to some beautiful beaches and places to visit such as Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall. Property very well equipped with everything we needed and owners were very helpful. Highly recommended.
