A delightful three-bedroomed cottage sleeping five guests in comfortable surroundings, situated in an excellent location within walking distance of Holt's shops and pubs.

This cottage is located in the much-loved town of Holt, just 0.3 miles from the town centre’s independent shops and pubs which are clustered around its attractive Georgian squares and streets. The weekly farmers' market is a great place to stock up on fresh local food and artisan products, which will no doubt please any keen cooks in your party. The scenic landscape of the North Norfolk coast lies just 4 miles to the north of the town and is a lovely place to spend a few days exploring whether you fancy relaxing on the beach, taking a boat trip, or taking leisurely walks.

On arrival at this cottage, many guests just want to relax and unwind after their journey in the welcoming lounge. Large patio doors in this room flood this room with light whilst a wood burner-effect gas fire creates a lovely cosy glow as the evenings draw in. Comfortable seating allows guests to sit back and enjoy a film on the TV/DVD, or perhaps listen to music on the CD player with a glass of wine. The kitchen/diner is another inviting space with a table seating six at one end of the room and a fully-equipped kitchen area offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A handy cloakroom with WC can also be found on the ground floor, whilst the bathroom with its shower-over-bath and WC is situated on the first floor alongside the three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master double room, benefits from an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, whilst there is also a twin room and a restful single with a 2’6” bed.

Patio doors from the lounge open onto the patio garden which is a great space to enjoy relaxed al fresco dining as it comes equipped with garden furniture. There is parking available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
