Located in the centre of the beautiful Georgian Town of Holt, this apartment provides a couple with luxury surroundings and a host of things to see and do on your doorstep and beyond.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Georgian town of Holt, this stunning apartment is ideally located for you to explore everything Holt has on offer, including independent boutique shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants. You can also take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway, visit the beautiful watermill at Letheringsett, or explore the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle. Local coastal resorts that are well worth a visit include the traditional seaside town of Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Sheringham. Other attractions only a short drive away that are a must see include the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling, Holkham Estate, Pensthorpe Natural Park and Blakeney National Nature Reserve where you can take a boat trip out to see the resident seal colony.

Located in a courtyard and above an Italian café and wine bar, guests access this stunning apartment via the door on the ground floor which when entering you will arrive in the cloakroom/utility room. Heading up the stairs to the left is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a comfortable sofa (which is also a sofa bed and can be used if you have guests visiting) and a large wall mounted Smart TV so you can relax and watch your favourite TV show or box set in comfort. The hand built bespoke kitchen is well equipped and guests have an electric oven and hob, coffee machine and hot water tap. There is also the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the utility area on the ground floor. There is an abundance of culinary choice quite literally on your doorstep, but should guests wish to dine in then there is a dining table and two chairs. The bedroom is back towards the stairs and here you have a king size bed and a spacious en-suite shower room and WC so perfect to revitalize your senses.

Paid for parking is available on a first come first serve basis and is located at the front of the property next to the courtyard.

Clean modern comfortable and very well equipped. The location is central and yet very quiet. It all made for a very good break. We recommend it wholeheartedly

The apartment is of excellent quality, everything is of a high class, the underfloor heating is superb especially after you come back after a good walk especially in October.

The Nest is the perfect base for couples. It is new and shiny and located above a small Italian restaurant and very close to the town centre bars and shops. We loved the 5 foot Hypnos bed as this is what we are used to at home. The entrance is via the Albert Street car park so there there is some coming and goings of people during the day. At nightRead more it is very quite as the restaurant closes fairly early. Its very well equipped and has two fans for the warmer nights. Weekly parking is 28. Hide

We had a lovely stay at the Nest, a small but very sweet property packed with everything you could possibly need. With a very tasty Italian below with the most polite and helpful staff, made our trip to Norfolk very enjoyable! Thank you!

Very clean, comfortable accommodation in the heart of Holt. Lovely decor. Easy parking in the car park outside the property. We will return.

Yes really modern well equipped flat. Perfect for exploring North Norfolk. About a mile and a half from the North Norfolk Railway terminus at Holt. Holt is a lovely little town with narrow streets and plenty of facilities.
