The village quay sits on the River Glaven and offers a choice of boat trips, including a delightful excursion to nearby Blakeney Nature Reserve where lucky visitors will get a chance to spot the resident seals on the rocks. Continue around the coast, some 10 miles from the property, to discover the expansive Holkham Estate, including its wide, sandy beach which visitors may recognise as the picturesque backdrop to the film Shakespeare in Love.

Just in front of the kitchen area, a dining table seating four sits next to a window. The bathroom can also be found on the ground floor and offers a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC. Stairs lead to the simply stunning bedroom on the first floor with its characterful beamed ceiling, and Juliet balcony at one end. The seating area overlooking the garden is a particularly attractive spot to relax with drinks as the sun goes down, whilst at the opposite end of the room there is a double bed and space to store clothes.

A decked patio area with garden furniture provides guests with a private space to enjoy al fresco dining, whilst they can also enjoy access to the owner’s lawned garden to the side of the property. There is parking provided for one car.
