Warham, where this property is situated, is a pretty village located close to Norfolk’s picturesque north coast. The characterful village pub, just a short 0.3-mile walk from the cottage, is a delightful place to pop into for a pint, but it would be a shame to miss out on sampling its signature home-baked pies. For an interesting range of shops and more places to eat, head to neighbouring Wells-next-the-Sea: also a great place to join one of the boat trips which depart from the town’s harbour. The beach is situated just outside the town and is a wonderful stretch of fine sand backed by pine trees and beach huts.

Inside, the property is no less impressive, boasting a double-height ceiling in the comfortable lounge, where inviting sofas are the perfect place to relax with an electric flame effect enjoy a night-in with a film on the TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped kitchen offering a dining table seating four as well as an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and WC, past which is a sunny conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a double room with a pine dressing table and a skylight window. The second bedroom meanwhile, is a pretty twin room, next to which the bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
