Lovely place to stay. Well equipped and fabulous sunsets. Only 5 minutes stroll to the beach plus you can see the sea. Or sit and watch the wildlife from the patio.

Very good for 4. Might be a bit cramped for 6. Downstairs loo a slight challenge.

Lovely lil cottage. Warm and cosy(never felt cold), exactly how I imagined and hoped a converted barn would look and feel like. Old and weathered where it should(I loved the doors & window sills) but with a modern bathroom and kitchen. Had plenty of space for 6 of us, from teenager up to grandparents and a dog. Just a 5/10 min walk to the beach, doRead moreg loved her daily walks along The Crag. The view is breathtaking whatever the weather and with The Ship Inn just across the rd, it was ideal. Hide

Great little cottage close to the shale beach in Weybourne. Close to all of the other Norfolk coastal attractions. Great for 3 of us but it may feel a little cramped for 5/6 people. Needs a bit of de-cluttering/ modernisation and a really good clean.

This is not dog friendly there is a grassed area but it is open to the road. I reported the TV broken after 4 days and not fixed even though reported. Im sorry but I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. It is in close proximity to the beach which is good as we didnt have to be in the cottage every day.

The location of Timbers was great and we enjoyed walking to the local beach. The local shop and pub were convenient too. We had lovely days out to Mundesley, Holkham, and on the steam train.

The main good point for the property is its location being close to the beach. But property itself needs modernisation and a touch of warmth. The carpet, furniture, furnishings are rather tired, and TV, cooker etc all quite old fashioned. And a few items such as the bin really need replacing. The upstairs bedrooms have very small single beds for kiRead moreds. It is a practical place for a family with a few kids, but do not expect any home comfort. Hide

Timbers is a lovely quirky cottage in a fantastic location with open views to the sea. Comfortable and warm during February visit. For those with young children there are some exposed beams in the upstairs bedrooms on the floor which need to be stepped over but our grandchildren age 5 and 9 managed ok. We took our 11 month old dog and she seemed haRead moreppy and enjoyed her walks to the nearby beach. The cottage doesn't have an enclosed garden. Overall, very pleasant weeks stay. Hide

Six adults in this property might find it cramped. Cottage needs a good clean especially under furniture and beds. Info about things to do in the area would be helpful.
