The Stiffkey Salt Marshes form part of the wonderful Blakeney National Nature Reserve which is fantastic for enjoying a spot of birdwatching. The popular coastal town of Cromer is just 17 miles away and is famous for its traditional seaside entertainments. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and larder, and a useful utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and larder fridge/freezer. There is also a ground-floor bathroom. Two sets of steep cottage style stairs lead up to the first floor, one leading to the cosy easterly twin bedroom, and the other to the westerly twin room which has views over the garden. There is also a bunk bedroom and a shower room on the first floor.

The private south-facing walled garden is accessed through a stable door and has foot access to the coast road. The lovely south-facing patio makes a delightful space to sit back and relax in, with views across to the meadows and river. There is ample parking available.
