From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip out to visit a local colony of grey seals. Just 4 miles away is the bustling market town of Holt, and the seaside towns of Wells-next-the-Sea (13 miles) and Cromer (10 miles) are within easy reach. Other attractions include the watermill at Letheringsett, Baconsthorpe Castle and Binham Priory, or you could take a trip on a steam train via the North Norfolk Railway.

On entering this spacious and attractively decorated character cottage, you will find a charming entrance hall, which has plenty of space for coats and boots. This leads you through to the welcoming lounge, which is a lovely space to unwind in with wooden floors an open fire and comfortable seating, Sky TV, DVD and CD. A rear hall leads through to the attractive and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a ground-floor WC and utility room with a washing machine. Moving upstairs, you will find two cosy bedrooms which overlook the garden: there’s a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large twin room. There is also a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Please note the en-suite bathroom can be accessed from the shower room, though the en-suite can be locked for privacy.

Stepping outside, you will find the south-facing garden is divided into several areas: there’s a large paved patio area fenced off with picket fencing with BBQ, a small, L-shaped lawn, and a raised patio to the rear. Cottage well equipped ,warm and comfortable .Its in a nice quiet location with easy access to all the local attractions The local beach is pebbly and not suitable for dog walks but there are good national trust places nearby. There are also dog walks from the cottage which is a plus.

A super holiday cottage in a fabulous location. I would certainly recommend this property. It has a large lounge, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. Ample parking and outside seating area. What more do you need?
