Great property, great location with well stocked village stores and friendly pub just down the road. Views from front bedroom amazing. Well equipped and cosy with log fire. Property maintenance company easy to deal with and responded to any issues we had promptly. Second time at property this year, and will go back. Floors filthy, have they ever been cleaned? As a pet friendly cottage it was worrying (wore shoes all the time!) and worried me about the 'deep clean' promised re Covid. No logs left for for fire. Mid-week the window in bedroom fell to bits as the wood had rotted away. We couldn't close the window. Reported it. No call back about repair. Called agaRead morein day we were leaving; the bottom of window had fallen out and glass pane nearly fell out. A very basic place to stay - won't go back there. Hide

Good size house, good location. But poorly equipped. Half a toilet roll, no kitchen towel/cloths, dishwasher tablets, fuel for fire. Storage heaters were off, so we endured a cold first day. No free WiFi, no sign of advertised DVD player. Contact details were for wrong letting agent. Lots of crockery and cutlery though! Nice conservatory and gardenRead more. Good property let down by niggles that could be easily fixed. Hide

Comfortable house, good-sized rooms, and excellent location just a few minutes from the quayside, the bus stop and a good local Spar supermarket. Good sized house, great location just a short walk to the quay. Sadly very tired and in need of a spruce up. It looks better in the pictures than in reality.
