The popular and bustling traditional market town of Fakenham, home of the Fakenham Racecourse and the Thursford Show, is just a couple of miles away, and offers a fantastic choice of pubs and restaurants, as well as a cinema, the Corn Hall, a flea market, and the Thursday auction and market which originated in 1250. You will be within easy reach of Sandringham, the Holkham Estate and Houghton Hall, or you could take a trip on a steam railway or visit some of the wonderful nature reserves including Titchwell, Pensthorpe and Blakeney Point. Coastal towns including Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are a short drive away.
On entering this delightful and comfortable holiday home you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming lounge/diner. With comfy seating, TV/DVD and an open fire, the bright and comfy lounge makes an ideal space to relax in at the end of a lovely day. There is also a pleasant dining area. Heading into the light and airy kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer combined with a smaller freezer unit. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a shower room complete with WC. Heading up to the first floor there are two cosy bedrooms: one double and one twin.
Stepping outside you will find a charming enclosed garden with a decked area and garden furniture, which is ideal for sitting back and dining al fresco. Roadside parking is available, and there’s also an outbuilding which is perfect for storing bikes.
