Comfortable and clean however needs a face-lift and some tlc. WiFi would be good. Location is excellent and park is very well maintained. Not big enough for 4 plus lack of storage in 2nd bedroom.

The location of the cottage is ideal for exploring. The park is lovely and clean and extremely quiet. Ideal for walking along the clifftops. There is a lovely walk to Weybourne station. Unfortunately the station wasn't open but it is a lovely place for photos of the train steaming by. Walk along the track to Kelling halt. I would recommend a visit Read moreto Cromer, Sheringham, Blickling Hall, Holkham Hall and Felbrigg Hall. Pensthorpe nature park is beautiful. Hide

Small but perfectly formed. Clean and comfortable on a peaceful park in a small village. Close to beach, pub and well stocked local shop. Everything you need for a relaxing break and dog friendly too.

Clean and well equipped- great for up to 2 people but would be a little tight for 4 (2 double bedrooms). Great location on North Norfolk Coast in either direction with easy access to Coast Rd and popular places of interest. Short walk to mostly pebble beach and cliff top walks. Great for dog.

Very comfortable. Although it was October and so I needed to use some of the heaters, the place warmed quickly and was very cosy in the evenings. There is a 1 coin slot meter for electrics but I used less than 2 over the 4 days. Great location, very close to sea - if you're a good walker you can easily walk along the coast to Sheringham one way or Read moreCley the other, and back in a day, so no need to use the car! And lovely to be able to hear the waves on the shore at night! Hide

The location is fantastic. The village is lovely and the park is very quiet. The cottage itself needs updating and repair and more useful equipment in the kitchen. Its very basic.

Easy access to shop, beach, dog walking and both coast and country park locations ideal for dog owners and birdwatchers alike. Parking was right outside making loading and unloading simple. Big enough for 2 and a dog but would be a squeeze with more when you have more time in during the autumn and winter.
