The picturesque village of Langham is ideally situated for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. The popular market towns of Holt (5 miles) and Fakenham (12 miles) offer plenty of great restaurants, pubs and independent shops. Fakenham is also home to Langham Glass and the famous Fakenham Racecourse. Other nearby attractions include Thursford Steam Museum, the Muckleburgh Collection and Langham Dome, or you could head to the pretty coastal towns and villages of Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney. You can take a trip on a steam train, visit a colony of seals at Blakeney Point, or explore Holkham Hall and the Sheringham Museum at the Mo. A little further afield are the royal estate at Sandringham and the famous Norfolk Broads.

On entering this beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated reverse-level property, head up to the first floor where you will find the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring a vaulted ceiling and a Juliet balcony which overlooks the garden, this is a fantastic space to relax in. The lounge area features plenty of comfortable seating, TV and DVD, and there’s a lovely light dining area .The stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a range oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a delightful snug, partly screened from the main room, which makes an ideal nook for reading a good book. Returning to the ground floor you will find three cosy bedrooms with two double rooms and a twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom and two en-suite shower rooms. There’s also a utility room. Underfloor heating is available throughout the property, which also features a hardwood oak staircase, handmade traditional casement windows and external doors, and low energy lighting in most rooms.

Stepping outside you will find a large, fully enclosed, south-facing courtyard garden where you can sit back and unwind. There are two allocated parking spaces.

We've stayed in this house three times now and we love it. Beautifully finished with a great location for all the best restaurants and beaches.

Well appointed holiday home although location is very rural. Blakeney isnt too far with a local spar and a lovely pub that does really nice food. The seal trip is a must.
