Attached to the owner’s property, this renovated annexe has been built with comfort in mind offering a couple an ideal base in a rural location from which to explore Norfolk with easy access into neighbouring Suffolk.

Benefiting from a location in which you can explore both Norfolk and Suffolk, you have many options of places to visit including the popular Norfolk towns of Dereham, Wymondham and Swaffham all within 13 miles. These settlements offer a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The historic cathedral city of Norwich (22 miles) is a haven for culinary delights and retail therapy as well as their being some beautiful architecture to see and cobbled streets to explore. Thetford Forest Park with its stunning walkways and activities like Go Ape and Segway riding is just 14 miles away and if you want to venture into Suffolk, the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds is just 28 miles away.

You arrive at this property and use your own designated parking spaces to the front of the house outside the garage doors before walking around to the side of the annexe where the front door is. Head into the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area which has plenty of room; the owners have furnished and decorated this living space to provide a real home away from home feel. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a hearty meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine. Once dinner is ready, serve up at the dining table which has two chairs. If you have been out for the day exploring then you are in no doubt need of some downtime, so sit back in the lounge on one of the two comfortable sofas whilst you watch your favourite show on the smart TV. The bedroom is a king-size room with a zip and link bed (can be made into twins on request) and plenty of storage space for your belongings and next door is the shower room with a large shower and WC.

Outside is an enclosed and private small patio and garden area with a table and two chairs so you can unwind and relax outside whilst enjoying some refreshing drinks. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
