The village shops, pubs and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance, and so too is the quayside, where you can book a boat trip to Blakeney Point to see the seal colonies in this National Nature Reserve. Being in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from the property you can enjoy excellent walking routes, taking you past incredible coastal scenery. Just 1.5 miles east you will find the popular village of Cley-next-the-Sea, famed for its windmill, while for a classic British beach day, head 8.5 miles west to Wells-next-the-Sea.
Steps up into the property, which is then all set on one level, and into the bright and spacious lounge, which has been extended with a delightful sunroom, which boasts picturesque views over the garden to the farmland and woodland beyond. Here you will find an Aga multi-fuel stove which is sure to keep you toasty during the cooler winter months, as well as ample comfortable seating and a TV and DVD. Head into the adjoining dining room - a great spot to enjoy an evening feast with seating for four. The cottage style kitchen is light and cheery, with all the amenities you could need; an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a spacious utility/boot room, where you will find a washing machine. Both bedrooms - one double and one twin - have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a further WC.
