Off a no through road Archway offers a quiet location yet a lovely coastal walk of 10 – 15 mins takes you to the Cliff Top Café, shops and The White Horse. The beach and the renowned North Norfolk Coast is maybe 5 mins walk. I can’t think of a better location which makes Archway an immensely popular cottage.
There is plenty of on road parking right outside the cottage and you enter the cottage via the back door into the large utility equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a larder fridge/freezer. Through to the kitchen equipped with a range cooker, a walk in pantry and island unit with bar stools. Through double doors from the kitchen you enter the rather grand, spacious dining room which also has a set of double doors opening onto the garden. From the other end of the kitchen is the inner hallway with access to the WC, a door to the garden and the large sitting room with woodburning stove. The sitting room has plenty of seating in comfort for 6 + guests and double doors opening onto the garden.
Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor where all the double bedrooms are located. Two of these double rooms share a good size shower room and the third, very spacious bedroom has a bathroom with separate shower cubicle. ( this bedroom is accessed up a short flight of stairs from the upper landing). These are all light and bright rooms with comfortable beds and there is hanging space in all bedrooms either with fitted wardrobes or freestanding ones.
Outside there is a small lawned enclosed side garden but at the rear is a delightfully pretty and secluded cottage garden of a good size with a patio and garden furniture. This is sheltered on two side by the cottage and is well fenced with shrubs to the other two sides.
All in all this is a super cottage in a popular coastal village benefitting from a unique location being set away on a no-thru road yet within walking distance of all amenities.
