A very well and thoughtfully spruced up detached family home set in its own garden, ideally located for the coast at Cley and Blakeney. Close to the Wiveton Bell and the Village green. A 20 mins country lane stroll brings you to the village green at Cley and the Three Swallows. A 5 min drive brings you to Blakeney.
From the rear entrance hall you access either the large utility room ( with WC off this. Plenty of space for walking boots, hooks for coats, crabbing lines, buckets and spades.) or into the kitchen. The owners have taken a great deal of trouble to furnish and equip Bryabel in general and the kitchen is testament to this attention to detail. A large room it has a big archway opening into the dining room at one end and the pantry ( with freezer) at the other. Plenty of chinaware can be found in the sideboards in the dining room which has a lovely aspect with double doors opening onto the patio and views over a rather lovely cottage style garden. There is the first set of stairs here leading up to the master suite with large bedroom ( double bed ) and ensuite shower room. Great views over the surrounding countryside too.
Back through the kitchen is the inner hall with further access to the garden via the front door, stairs to the first floor and door to the sitting room and the snug.
The sitting room is a delight. It is a large, light and sunny room with a triple aspect and views over the garden. Comfortable sofas and an armchair are grouped around the electric style woodburning stove and there is a good size flat screen TV with Freeview. There is also the ‘snug’ with a table for jigsaws and drawing and an electric woodburning style fire. Although there is no TV here there are sockets for electronic devices and WiFi access. Portable radio/CD player.
Upstairs there are the 3 further bedrooms, (2 doubles and one single room), all spacious with delightful aspects of long reaching countryside views and garden. ( restricted height in some areas) The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. ( separate WC).
The gardens have a wonderful romantic cottage garden feel to them with deep borders full of heavenly scented long established rose bushes, a large lawn and a Westerly facing patio ( although you’ll always find the sun in this garden somewhere! ). It is a most attractive spot to while away an afternoon. Parking is to the front of Bryabel and there is easily space for 3 vehicles.
Please note:- Bryabel is about 50m down an unpaved farm track and is used by farm vehicles. Well behave dog accepted, but please note the garden is not completely secure.
