Double bedroom, shower room, living room/sun room, kitchen and dining room. Shared use of the magnificent Abbey House grounds and tennis court. Parking.
A super, comfortable little bolthole within the grounds of historic Abbey House, just a short walk to the village pub and shop. Binham is a particularly pretty village and 2 miles from the coast at Stiffkey.
Newly decorated the cottage retains its original charm, enhanced by the owners eye for thoughtful details even down to the provision of tennis racquets. The sitting room has lovely views over the gardens and is really a semi sun room with large windows and a sunny aspect. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped and there is a separate dining room which has some charming touches.
Off the central hallway is the shower room which has a fitted modern white corner shower unit and the double bedroom with views over the garden. Also off the hallway a wonderful original Gothic door leading out to the extensive gardens which are full of old style cottage garden plants, lilacs and roses. There is also use of an old stone built garden room and the tennis court. Just outside this door is a sheltered spot where there is a table and chairs overlooking the tranquil gardens
